Jason’s clients all have a similar story. He feels like a friend and most likely you met him through a friend. His personable nature and easy going approach attracts buyers and sellers alike in what can be a stressful and emotionally charged experience. An experienced Realtor® with over 25 years experience, he is just excited today about real estate as he was with his first transaction. Jason has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in career sales and remains ever-committed to helping his clients find their place in this world.
This ability to make personal connections is one of Jason’s biggest assets while working with his clients. He always “has a guy” or knows someone to get the job done. From inspectors, lenders, or escrow officers to painters, plumbers, electricians, or movers, his personal connections always come through; and in turn, his clients benefit greatly. He is responsive to email and texts, regardless of the time, always making his clients a top priority. The last thing he wants is for a client to feel alone or confused in this process.
Jason is creative with solutions, professional in his approach, and intelligent in understanding the ever changing market. His ability to easily negotiate and strategize is impressive as he strives to quickly achieve his clients dreams. He has the ability to explain the sometimes complicated real estate process in an easy-to-digest way that makes it not intimidating. Jason keeps a close pulse on the market to be able to offer the most comprehensive and accurate advice to his sellers and his buyers.
Jason was born and raised in the South Bay which gives him unique insight into understanding the nuances of each of the neighborhoods. He went to local public schools (he eventually sent his kids to some of those same schools), played on local rec sports teams, has played golf all around the bay area, and knows the good malls and which movie theaters are the best. He can point you in the direction of the best sushi, coffee shops, and bakeries around. His roots run deep in the Bay Area and it is not uncommon to meet seemingly random people who have a connection to Jason in some way.
Jason and his family purchased a vacation home in the Penn Valley area in 2020. Falling in love with the Sierras was instantaneous and Jason is currently building a real estate team in Nevada County as well. He is dedicated to helping clients find their own piece of home in beautiful Northern California. He is continuing to make personal connections in Nevada County and can point out the best spots to grab a steak, go fishing, hike or buy/repair a golf cart. When Jason isn’t busy with clients, you will find him spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, or playing pickleball with his men’s league.
